Susan Bilonick is a licensed CISR and has been serving insurance needs of Greene County policyholders for 25 years. Susan's favorite part about working in the insurance industry is the opportunity to meet and help people. Susan takes the time needed to explain the insurance coverages to her customers. She is active in her Church and volunteers on the election board. When not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her Grandchildren.

Lois Hunnell will greet you in the Waynesburg Office. She is a licensed CSR and has been with the agency for 14 years. When not working she enjoys spending time with her Granddaughter and gardening.

Carmichaels Office

Pam Whyel is a licensed CISR and the Carmichaels Office Manager. Pam has been serving our insureds in the Carmichaels and surrounding areas for 24 years. She serves as Secretary for the Carmichaels Area Chamber of Commerce as well as on the Board of Directors for the King Coal Association. When not working or serving in the community she enjoys spending time with her Grandchildren.
